These terms cover the kaspacoin.fyi website and the KaspaDash app. The full app terms are also published at appositelabs.co.uk.

1. Acceptance

By using this website or KaspaDash, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

2. Information only, not financial advice

KaspaDash and this website show public market and blockchain data for information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any cryptoasset. Cryptoassets are high-risk and volatile, and you could lose all the money you put in. Figures may be delayed or inaccurate.

3. Not a wallet or exchange

KaspaDash is not a wallet, an exchange or a trading platform. It never asks for private keys or seed phrases and can't access or move funds.

4. Independent app

KaspaDash is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Kaspa project or Kasplex. "Kaspa" and token tickers are used only to describe the data shown.

5. Third-party data

Network and explorer data comes from the public Kaspa API, prices from CoinGecko and KRC-20 data from the Kasplex indexer. We aren't responsible for the availability or accuracy of these services.

6. Free and ad-supported

KaspaDash is free to download and use, and it shows ads through Google AdMob.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app or website, attempt to reverse-engineer them, or use them in any way that breaks the law.

8. Intellectual property

Apposite Labs Ltd owns the KaspaDash app and this website's content, branding and code. Copying or redistributing them needs our written permission.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app and website are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Apposite Labs Ltd is not liable for losses arising from their use or from relying on the data they show.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the app or website, you accept the current version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
